Employment 

We are always looking for quality house cleaners to join our staff. Our employees enjoy cleaning and it shows in their work.

We evaluate our crew members based on their attendance, performance, and attitude. Promotions are earned quickly and regularly. We can offer promotions to our employees because we pay them based on commissions. Our starting commission averages out to $8 per hour, after a two week training period. We also offer Medical and Dental benefits.

If you would like to become a part of our team:
You must be available to work 7:45am until 5pm Monday through Friday. We do not work nights or weekends.

You must have a current AZ Drivers license and no major accidents, DUI's, excessive speeding or reckless driving tickets in the last 5 years. We have company cars, but occasionally one might be in the shop for repair. At that time we may ask you to drive your vechicle for the day. We wil reimburse mileage (non taxed) on your next paycheck.

You must be able to speak and read English very well. All of our instructions are in English and there cannot be any miscommunication between our crew members and our clients. Therefore we must ask everyone to be fluent in English.

You must be at least 18 years of age. Our cleaners use various types of chemical products on a daily basis. For legal reasons it is necessary for our employees to meet a minimum age requirement.

We do not hire teams (mother-daughter, husband-wife, English-Spanish, car-no car).
