Pockets didn't work — so Cathy developed the apron and tool set every Maids of Honor cleaner carries. We bring all our own equipment, standardized across every team: vacuums large and small, stepstools, buckets, mops and brushes.
Every Maids of Honor employee completes a 40-hour, 6-part training program with standards testing before ever cleaning a client's home — plus weekly continuing education in cleaning techniques, customer service, and problem solving. Only about half of applicants pass our certification.
