We are always looking for quality house cleaners to join our staff. Our employees enjoy cleaning and it shows in their work.

We evaluate our crew members based on their attendance, performance and attitude. Promotions are earned quickly and regularly based on performance.  We offer promotions to our staff because we pay them based on commission when training is complete.  Our starting commission averages $11-$13 per hour after training.  We offer medical & dental benefits, plus 5 sick days.

If you would like to become a part of our team:

You must be available to work 7:45 am until 5 pm Monday through Friday. We do not work nights or weekends.

You must have a current AZ Drivers license and no major accidents, DUI's, excessive speeding or reckless driving tickets in the last 5 years. We have company cars, but occasionally one might be in the shop for repair. At that time, we may ask you to drive your vechicle for the day. We wil reimburse mileage (non taxed) on your next paycheck.

You must be able to speak and read English. You must be at least 18 years of age. Our cleaners use various types of chemical products on a daily basis.
